Cynthia Farmer,

Broker & Realtor

“As a San Antonio native, I have enjoyed living and working in San Antonio and the surrounding areas my entire life. I got my license in 1980 and the age of 21. Over 40 years later, I am still enjoying the career I started so long ago. Serving in real estate has been an amazing experience for me. I have met so many wonderful people. I do not consider those I represent as “clients”, I think of them as friends. I have made many wonderful friends throughout my career.

Giving back to my community has always been very important to me. I have served in many leadership positions throughout the community, my church, and my city. I taught Confirmation for over 10 years, served as one of the original ACTs core members, the first ACTs ladies retreat director, and the first Life Teen Ministry President and served on the Pastoral Council. In the community, I served several years on the China Grove Lions club as an officer, and a current member (former president) of the La Vernia Municipal Development District Council. Serving is something that God has always placed in my heart and I hope to continue for many years to come.

Living and being involved in the local community give me the opportunity to introduce you to new people and activities. I can help make your new town feel like home before you know it.

Give me a call if you’re thinking about buying or selling a home. Serving old friends and meeting new ones has always been the highlight of my career. I look forward to meeting you!

I was born in San Antonio, grew up in Adkins, moved to LaVernia in 1995.

I am extremely thankful for and immensely proud of my kids.  My son Destry, born on Father’s Day in 1992 and my Daughter Hanna, born on Mother’s Day 1996.

I cared for my mother in my home until she passed away at 88 years old.  I miss her every day.

I bought my house in LaVernia in 2010.  Thank you to my real estate agent, Cynthia Farmer!

I love my neighborhood and I enjoy my neighbors.  My favorite holiday is Halloween because we have hundreds of kids show up in every kind of costume you can imagine.

I enjoy working in my yard.  My home is my biggest investment and I enjoy keeping it beautiful.

I have been blessed with many things and many people but the one blessing that I cherish the most is my granddaughter.

I love being a REALTOR.  Meeting people and helping to achieve their goals IS MY GOAL.  I am a driven person and what drives me is to get my clients what they want.  I have the best job EVER!!!

As a lifetime resident of Southeast Bexar county, I take great pride in this community where I was raised and have also chosen to raise my family! I attended East Central schools and graduated highschool from a smaller, local school in 2005. I am married to my wonderful spouse and we have three children Mattie, Liam and Amelia. Most weekends you can find my family at a baseball field cheering our Liam on, or watching my sister dance at La Vernia Bears football games! Yes, we are a mixed family of EC Hornet & LV Bear blood!

My family and I are long-time parishioners of St Jerome's Catholic Church and I have previously held a position with the board of directors of the church CYO program. I am currently the district administrator/attendance manager for the East Central School District.

As a Realtor my priority is to make my clients happy by listening to their “wants and needs” and protecting their best interest in every transaction. With my intimate knowledge of this region, and my experience of having made this area my home for all my life, I am able to help others make this special area of Texas their home also.

My wish for the coming years is to continue the relationships I enjoy so much in this area, while also building new ones. Assisting current and new residents in their home buying and selling process as a Realtor representing the Realty Place will allow me to do just that! I am looking forward to meeting you!

“I have had a love of real estate from a very early age. After graduating from Texas A&M University in College Station I began my career in the real estate industry. I began as a real estate office manager and transaction coordinator, later advancing to an office manager position for a mortgage broker. This prior experience aids me in providing my clients a smooth transaction, whatever their real estate needs are. I obtained my license as a real estate agent in December of 2014, and feel blessed to be a part of such an honorable team at Realty Place. My goal is to stay on the cutting edge of the real estate industry, with the latest news and advancements in technology, in order to better and more efficient serve my clients.

I attend St. Jerome Catholic Church in China Grove, where I also serve as the youth coordinator. My pride and joy is my family. I married my husband Dustin in 2013, and almost two years later, we were blessed with out daughter Peyton Grace. Faith and family are the primary pillars of my life.

‘Let all the you do be done in love.’ 1 Corinthians 16:4

Transitioning your family from one home to another is a big decision, and often an emotional one. My goal is to guide you through the process if buying to selling real estates while providing you with quality expert advice that you need to make the best decision for your family and your future. Please contact me today. I am eager to begin serving your family with a grateful heart!”
